Fun fact: otters have a favorite rock they keep their entire life.
They use it to crack open shellfish. They store it in a small pocket of loose skin under their arm. They carry it with them everywhere they go — through every river, every season, every current.
They never lose it.
You have a favorite rock too.
Maybe it's a value you've never compromised. A person you've never stopped showing up for. A belief you've carried since before you knew what to call it.
The thing you've held onto through every current.
Don't lose it.
