At Fresh Air Rise, we stand behind every piece we make. If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, we want to make it right.
Our Promise
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll resolve it — no hassle, no runaround. Whether your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or just isn't what you expected, we'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@freshairrise.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo helps if the item is damaged or incorrect, but isn't always required.
We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with a resolution.
A Few Things to Note
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we ask that return requests be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We're not able to process requests outside of that window.
Sizing
We want you to find your perfect fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. If something doesn't fit right, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, customers may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, email us at info@freshairrise.com.
