You don't have to have arrived anywhere to be doing this right.
Somewhere along the way, "enough" got attached to a finish line — the promotion, the body, the relationship, the version of you that finally has it figured out. Until then, apparently, you're a work in progress. Unfinished. Not quite there.
But nothing that's alive is ever finished. Trees are still becoming trees the day they're cut down. You're not failing to arrive — there was never a destination to begin with. Just the becoming, over and over, which is the whole point.
You don't need the finished version to count. The becoming already does.
becoming is enough.
