How much does shipping cost? Flat-rate shipping is $5.35 anywhere in the U.S. Order 3 or more tees — or spend $75 or more — and shipping is on us. No code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.

How long does shipping take? Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. From there, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward as we grow — stay tuned.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link automatically. If you haven't received it or have any questions, reach out through our Contact Page and we'll sort it out.

What sizes do your shirts run? Our tees are unisex and fit true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. A full size chart is available on each product page.

Can I return or exchange an item? We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing mistakes or change of mind — so take a moment to review the size guide before you order. We want your reminder to fit just right.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're sorry that happened. Email us at info@freshairrise.com with a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Where are your products made and shipped from? Every Fresh Air Rise tee is printed and fulfilled by trusted U.S.-based partners. Your order ships from the facility closest to you to keep delivery times as short as possible.
